Casa Borgia brings together the sea, the red earth, the olive trees and the passion for truffles. A 30-seat fine dining restaurant created to celebrate Apulian produce - but not only that - thanks to the expert hands of our Chef Daniele Seviroli.
Casa Borgia is also a large laboratory dedicated to the precious mushrooms, which we convert into food products and Dermocosmetics. The terrace overlooking the olive grove, which we are nurturing with great effort and dedication, is the perfect location for private events and aperitifs.
