Casa Borgia has an indoor cocktail bar in the restaurant, and also the outdoor BB,
or Borgia Bar, overlooking the magnificent olive grove that surrounds the premises.

In the restaurant area you will find our cocktail bar, where you can discover the Casa Borgia signature cocktails as well as a rich selection of great classics.
BB: LA TERRAZZA BAR
The beautiful terrace overlooking the olive grove is the ideal location for aperitifs and private events. The Borgia Bar will officially open in the spring, once the Salento sun returns to keep us warm.
